For residents' communities
Vecindades brings together what gets lost today between the WhatsApp group, the notice board in the hallway and the calls to the property manager: repairs, votes, notices, documents and staff time tracking.
Features
Ten sections that open from the same menu. Residents see theirs, the board sees the management ones and the staff only what they need to work.
Repairs
Mark the exact spot on the plan, add a photo and follow the repair to the end.
Votes
The board asks, each resident votes from home and the result shows straight away.
Notices
The community's announcements in one place, not lost in a chat.
Phone numbers
Property manager, lift, emergencies: the numbers you need, one tap away.
Documents
Minutes, bylaws and rules, always to hand and always the latest version.
Suggestions
Any resident can propose an improvement. The board reads it and replies.
Tradespeople
The plumber and the electrician the community trusts, with their phone numbers.
Owners
Who is registered and what each home may do, in the board's hands.
Time tracking
Staff clock in from their phone, and only when they are on site.
Messages to staff
Instructions for maintenance and cleaning, and you know who has read them.

Shall we change the garage lights to LED?
20 residents have voted. Yours is missing: choose an option.
Repairs on the plan
The resident taps the exact spot on the plan of their community, takes a photo and sends it. The board receives it at once, assigns it to maintenance and everyone sees how it is going, with no calls and no crossed messages.

The lift has stopped
Maintenance already has the report, with the photo and the exact spot.
Roles
Six roles, each with its permissions. The board decides who is who, and the panel shows each person only what they can use.
Resident. Reports repairs, votes, proposes improvements and looks up everything about the community.

Property manager
The whole panel, owners included. Organises the votes and does not vote.
Maintenance
Clocks in on arrival and fixes the repairs assigned to them. Sees nothing else.
Cleaning
Clocks in, does what is assigned and reports a repair if they come across one.
Why
Made for real communities: older residents, boards short of time and staff working at the front door.
5languages: Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque and English
44 pxthe smallest any button gets, so you hit it first time
Made with people who do not get on with screens in mind: large type, short sentences, buttons that say what they do and nothing hidden behind a gesture.
Your community's data is never mixed with another's. Each community has its own address and each role sees only what concerns it.
30 mthe furthest from the community you can clock in

Questions
Is there an app to install?
No. Vecindades opens in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer. Anyone who wants to can leave a shortcut on their home screen.
How does each resident sign in?
With the number of their home and a password, or with their Google or Microsoft account if the board registered them with that e-mail. If they forget the password, they recover it themselves from the sign-in screen.
Can older people use it?
It is designed for them: large type, strong contrast, wide buttons and short sentences. Nothing depends on a gesture or on hovering with a mouse.
Who sees my community's data?
Only the people in your community, each according to their role. Each community has its own address and its data is never mixed with another's.
How do staff clock in?
From their phone, on arriving and on leaving. Clocking in is only accepted within 30 metres of the community, and the time is set by the system, not by the phone.
What do we need to get started?
The community's floor plans and the list of homes. With that we set up the panel, the board registers the residents and each one receives their access.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the community. Write to us with the number of homes and we will give you a fixed price, with no obligation.
